Big Horn Sheep. Taken along the Arkansas River between Canyon City and Salida. This ram had been pulling up and eating grass along side of the road. As he ate the grass a clump of snow that was attached to the roots moved closer and closer to his mouth. The clump of snow is right at his mouth. The next bite it disappeared.
